Executive Chef Rafael Alejandro brings more than 25 years of culinary experience shaped by diverse regions and cultures. Born and raised in Caguas, Puerto Rico, he discovered his passion for food early on. His career has taken him through acclaimed restaurants and hotels across San Juan, Miami, San Diego, and Las Vegas, where he has honed a style rooted in technique, creativity, and respect for ingredients.

Chef Rafael enjoys everything from crafting a thoughtful, memorable meal to creating the perfect cocktail or recommending just the right glass of wine. For him, food is about connection - bringing people together and creating lasting memories.
